    By accessing or ordering from Halmoni, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, please don’t use our site or services.
  2. Service Overview
    We sell small‑batch, cold‑packed kimchi jars. Orders are shipped twice monthly—on the 2nd & 4th Wednesdays—to U.S. addresses only. (See full Shipping Info.)
  3. Ordering & Payment
    Payment is processed at checkout. For orders over 3 jars, you must place separate orders due to packing constraints.
  4. Cancellations & Changes
    Once your order is packed (typically 24 hours before shipment), we can’t modify or cancel it.
  5. Damaged or Defective Shipments
    If your jars arrive damaged or spoiled, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
  6. Intellectual Property
    All content—images, text, logos—on HalmoniKimchi.com is owned by us. You may not copy or reproduce it without permission.
  7. Limitation of Liability
    We’re not liable for indirect damages. For direct shipment issues, our liability is limited to the purchase amount.
  8. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of Washington State, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules.
  9. Changes to Terms
    We may update these Terms occasionally. If material changes are made, we’ll post the updated version here with the effective date clearly displayed.
